Resell Rights Explained

Resell Rights (RR) are special rights, or permissions, that are granted by way of a legal transaction between you (the intended reseller) and the owner (the person with legal right of ownership of the product).

Resell Rights aren't ONE product - it is a business concept that's uniquely suited to the Internet.

The basic concept is this: You buy an information product online with the rights to resell, and then you can in turn sell or distribute this product as many times as you want to. For those products which include different elements such as, e-books, video, software, you can either sell each element individually or sell the entire package. Either way, you keep 100% of each sale in your pocket.

RR are actually the fastest way to start your own online business. This is a profitable turnkey solution to online marketing.

Products with RR often also come with tools that you can use to make sales. This usually includes a web site, sales letters, and promotional banners that can be used to convince people to purchase the product.

For any product to be valid as a RR product, it must be accompanied with resale license and certificates.

The Difference between Private Label Rights (PLR) and Resell Rights (RR)

The Difference between PLR and RR is that while PLR products are developed with the expectation that the buyer will alter them, RR products are developed to be used as is.

A PLR license allows you to make any changes you want including putting your own name on the product, branding it, even selling RR or MRR to the product.

RR products however, are not to be altered. Other than the marketing materials, the product content itself is to remain as is. The RR license will indicate very clearly what you can and cannot do with the product.

Master Resell Rights (MMR)

The Master Resell Rights (MRR) license gives you the right to sell the product along with the RR to the product.

The difference between RR and MMR, is that your RR customer can use the product personally, but cannot resell it, on the other hand, your master reseller customer acquires the rights to resell the product, and can therefore both use the product personally, and sell it to others.

Some may consider MRR to be even better that RR because your profits are even greater. You can sell the product to your customer for their personal use, or allow them to pay a little more money to acquire the reseller rights so that they can in turn sell the product from their own website.

When you consider that 100% of the sales price is yours to keep, you realize that this is one of the best offers online today!
